A bespoke piece begins not with a sketch but with a conversation — with the maison, with the karigar, and with the inheritance you intend to leave.

Hand-Drafted, Not Templated.Because True Luxury is Personal

The Process — Four Conversations
Four conversations. One inheritance.
Every bespoke commission begins with a private appointment at the maison in Calcutta. We listen first — to the occasion, the wearer, the wardrobe in which the piece will live.
From there, the karigar drafts. We return with a single proposition: one drawing, one stone selection, one quiet recommendation. Refinement is unhurried; the piece is finished only when the maison and the wearer agree it is complete.

The Provenance
Stones drawn from a private archive.
Our stones are sourced through a private network the maison has cultivated across four decades — Burmese sapphire, Zambian emerald, polki diamond, basra pearl, untreated and certificated where appropriate.
Where heirloom stones are supplied by the wearer, we honour them entirely. The maison resets, restores, and re-mounts under the same hand that drafts our own pieces.
