These terms describe the use of the Rihaan Fine Jewellery website and the conditions under which the maison enters into correspondence and commissions.
The website
This website is offered for the quiet presentation of the maison's collections and editorial work. The photographs, illustrations, copy, and design language are the property of Rihaan Fine Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written consent. Pieces presented on this website are reference editions; availability is confirmed only by private correspondence.
Enquiries and commissions
An enquiry made through this website, by telephone, or by correspondence is an invitation to begin a private conversation — it does not constitute a binding offer or a contract of sale. A commission becomes binding only on signed acceptance of the maison's proposition by both parties.
Bespoke work
Bespoke pieces are drafted to the brief agreed in writing. Lead times are stated at the time of commission; refinement is unhurried and the piece is delivered only when both the maison and the wearer agree it is complete. Heirloom stones supplied by the wearer remain the property of the wearer at every stage.
Care and warranty
Every Rihaan piece is offered with a lifetime undertaking of care and restoration by the maison. Damage caused by external repair, alteration, or misuse falls outside this undertaking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Calcutta.
