Rihaan Fine Jewellery ("Rihaan", "the maison", "we") receives a small amount of personal information from those who write to us, request an appointment, or commission a piece. This note describes what we hold, why, and how to ask for it to be removed.
What we collect
When you write to the maison at piyush@rihaan.in, call +91 91638 24649, or request an appointment through this website, we record your name, your contact details, and any details you provide about the occasion or commission. When a bespoke piece is drafted, we additionally record the brief, the karigar's drawings, the stone selections, and photographs of the finished work — this constitutes the maison record of the piece.
When you visit this website, our servers and analytics tooling may record routine technical information (IP address, browser, the pages viewed). We do not place advertising cookies and we do not sell information to third parties.
How we hold it
Correspondence is stored privately within the maison. The bespoke record is held for the lifetime of the piece, as it forms part of the inheritance documentation that travels with the work. Technical website logs are retained only as long as required to keep the site secure and well.
Your rights
You may write to piyush@rihaan.in to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be removed. We will respond in person, never by template — typically within fourteen days.
